Refund policy

At Ubaid Watches, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Product received with a manufacturing defect.
  • Product damaged during delivery.
  • Product significantly different from the description shown on our website.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Include the original box, tags, manuals, warranty card, and all accessories (if provided).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Minor color variations due to screen/display differences.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure (unless water resistance is specifically covered), or unauthorized repairs.
  • Watches showing signs of wear, scratches, or tampering.
  • Customized or specially ordered products.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

3. Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
  • An exchange for another product of equal value.

If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method where possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account or mobile wallet.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Ubaid Watches will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is approved for any other reason, shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days.
  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared.
  5. After inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch without any charges.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return policy.
