At Ubaid Watches, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product received with a manufacturing defect.
- Product damaged during delivery.
- Product significantly different from the description shown on our website.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include the original box, tags, manuals, warranty card, and all accessories (if provided).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor color variations due to screen/display differences.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure (unless water resistance is specifically covered), or unauthorized repairs.
- Watches showing signs of wear, scratches, or tampering.
- Customized or specially ordered products.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
3. Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
- An exchange for another product of equal value.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5β10 business days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method where possible.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account or mobile wallet.
5. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Ubaid Watches will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is approved for any other reason, shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 1β3 business days.
- If approved, return instructions will be shared.
- After inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled before dispatch without any charges.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return policy.
